Here are answers to some Frequently Asked Questions:

If you are an existing Futeboltraining customer and had a MindBody account, on the registration page select ‘Existing Player’ on the evaluation section.  This will allow you to create your account in our new software partner ZenPlanner.  Once your account is created we will credit your account for any remaining training sessions you had in MindBody.  If you have any questions or issues please email admin@futeboltraining.com.

If you are new to Futeboltraining, you will need to register for an evaluation.  On the registration page please select either the individual or group evaluation.  You will then be taken to the account creation page to create an account with our new software partner ZenPlanner.  Our registration page walks you through the process of creating a new account.  If you have any questions or issues please email admin@futeboltraining.com.

To register for a class, go to our class schedule page and click on the academia session you want your child to attend.  You will be asked to login to your ZenPlanner account (if you don’t have an account yet you can create one here.).

Once you are logged in, from the drop-down menu select the child you would like to register for the class.  If you have available sessions click on the reserve button.  If you don’t have any available sessions left, you will be asked to either purchase a 4, 8 or 12 session package or you can register for a single class by selecting Drop In.

Class Schedule

We sell single training sessions called ‘Drop In’ or we sell packages of training sessions at a discounted rate.  The easiest way to purchase sessions is to go to the class schedule page and click on the class you want to attend.

You will be asked to log in to your ZenPlanner account.  Once you are logged in, from the drop-down menu select the child you would like to purchase sessions for and click register next to the package you would like to purchase.  The system will then walk you through paying for the package.

Membership Purchase

Yes, we have the ability to turn on auto-renewal for the package membership you would like.  To utilize this feature, please send an email to admin@futeboltraining.com letting us know you would like an automatic membership renewal.

When you purchase academia training sessions, you have 6 months to use them before they expire.

To see how many sessions you have remaining first log in to your account and click on the ‘My Family’ link. Select the child you would like to see how many sessions you have remaining.  The program will display your membership and how many sessions you have remaining.

Remaining Sessions

To see any upcoming academia session reservations you have first log in to your account and click on the ‘My Family’ link.  Select the child you would like to see upcoming reservations for and click on the ‘Reservations’ link.  This will display any upcoming academia reservations.

Upcoming Classes

Unfortunately, at this time the system doesn’t support purchasing sessions for multiple children. You will need to purchase a membership package for both of your children.

While we don’t require any commitment level, we do recommend consistency in attending as this will help you reach your goal faster. Training credits are deducted only when you attend a class.

We only offer refunds for injuries with a doctors note.
